This practice is about:
• shifting from working with your own energy to working through the Flow;
• entering a state where helping others no longer drains you, but instead replenishes you;
• developing a deeper connection with another person through love rather than through fighting their problems;
• learning to become a conduit instead of carrying someone else’s pain;
• cultivating the inner state from which true transformation naturally emerges.
This practice is for you if:
- after working with people, you often feel as though you've left a part of yourself with your client;
- you're familiar with the feeling of wanting nothing more than silence and recovery after a session;
- you feel overwhelmed by challenging clients because they seem to drain too much of your energy;
- you want to stop relying on your own energy and learn to become a conduit for the Flow;
- you believe that true mastery is not only about knowledge, but also about your inner state;
- you want to help people more deeply while preserving your own energy and well-being;
- you want to work through love, presence, and trust instead of tension and control;
- you're ready to step into a new level of connection and professional practice with others.
Stages of the Practice
Preparing for Connection
You gently shift your attention from the outside world inward, creating a deeper connection with yourself and the person you are about to help.
Opening to the Flow
Through focused awareness, your heart center, and an inner state of love, you begin to experience yourself not as the source of energy, but as a conduit for it.
Creating a Space of Trust
You learn to connect with another person not by fighting their problem, but by holding a space of safety, acceptance, and deep presence.
Deepening the Connection
You discover a new way of helping, where the Flow works together with your professional knowledge, allowing you to support others more deeply—without becoming depleted.
A New Level of Mastery
You anchor an inner state of stability and replenishment that you can naturally bring into your consultations and professional practice.
After the practice, you may notice changes on three levels
Within yourself:
— greater inner peace and clarity;
— a sense of being replenished instead of drained;
— deeper trust in yourself and your inner state.
In your work with clients:
— an easier ability to sense what a person truly needs;
— more depth, trust, and openness during your sessions;
— less need to “rescue” others and a greater ability to simply be present.
In your professional practice:
— a new perspective on the process of helping others;
— more energy and resilience, even when working with challenging clients;
— the feeling that by helping others, you are growing as well.
From the Author
Over the years of my work, I have noticed one recurring pattern. Many highly skilled professionals—psychologists, coaches, healers, and energy practitioners—genuinely want to help people. Yet very often, they do so at the expense of their own energy.
At first, it’s almost impossible to notice. But over time, fatigue begins to appear after sessions, followed by exhaustion, the need to be alone, or long periods of recovery. The problem isn’t the number of clients or the complexity of their challenges. More often than not, it lies in the very way we approach our work.
I believe that true mastery begins the moment a practitioner stops being the source of energy and becomes its conduit. This is when helping others is no longer a struggle, and each session becomes a safe space where a person can meet themselves, recognize their deepest fears, and take a genuine step toward inner transformation.
This practice was created to help you experience that state for yourself. Not simply to understand it intellectually, but to embody it through direct experience and gradually integrate it into your professional work.
Don’t try to get everything right the first time. Return to this practice whenever you feel the need to remind yourself that a true practitioner’s strength lies not in giving themselves away, but in remaining open to the Flow.
